Field Agronomist / Extension Officer

Advise farmers on crop production, run demonstration plots and support farmer training in your region.
What you'll do
- Visit farms, diagnose crop problems and write practical recommendations
- Run farmer field schools, demonstration plots and field days
- Support sales of seed, fertiliser and crop protection with sound technical advice
- Keep accurate visit and trial records
What you'll bring
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or Crop Science
- At least 2 years' field experience with smallholder farmers
- Valid driving licence (motorbike and/or car)
- Fluent English and Kiswahili

Artificial Insemination (AI) Technician

Provide on-farm AI services for dairy cows and goats and support herd improvement programmes.
What you'll do
- Carry out AI in cattle and goats, following hygiene and semen-handling protocols
- Advise farmers on heat detection, sire selection and breeding records
- Manage liquid nitrogen tank and semen stock records
- Follow up on pregnancy diagnosis and repeat services
What you'll bring
- Certificate or diploma in Animal Health / Animal Production with AI training
- Registration with the relevant veterinary regulatory body
- Own motorbike and valid riding licence is an advantage
