Sunflower Seeds: what to know before you buy
Growing sunflower for oil
Plant at 75 × 30 cm with one seed per hole. Sunflower responds well to phosphorus at planting and needs protection from birds as heads mature. Harvest when the back of the head turns yellow-brown and bracts are dry.
